I don;t think we could say about any hair removal method that is painless.
Shaving hurts, not much but it does hurt....waxing hurts more than shaving, especially on sensitive areas, but once you get used with the pain you won't have any problem.
Laser hair removal also hurts, the pain caused by this procedure is similar with the one we feel when we wax, but the advantage of laser hair removal is that you won't have to endure that pain every two weeks or often, because after a few sessions your hair is gone forever.
